(March 11, 2015, Las Vegas, NV) – Associates and communities of FirstService Residential, the leading community management company in Nevada, walked away with 12 of 25 awards that were presented at the 2014 Community Associations Institute (CAI) Nevada Awards Gala on February 21. These awards ranged from Master Association of the Year to Support Person of the Year.
 
Aliante Master Association was awarded the 2014 Southern Nevada Master Association of the Year and Autumn Ridge Homeowners Association, a sub association of Aliante, was awarded the Southern Nevada Medium Association of the Year. “The board and the community certainly deserve it!” expressed Elyssa Rammos, community manager for FirstService Residential in Nevada. Rammos is the on-site dedicated manager for Aliante Master and has worked closely with the board on a variety of community improvements over the last three years. “It has been such a pleasure working with the board and residents of Aliante and it’s nice to see that all of their hard work and dedication is being recognized.”
 
Some of the other awards presented included the 2014 AMS Manager, CMCA Manager, High-rise Manager, Portfolio Manager, Provisional Community Manager, and Support Person, all awarded to FirstService Residential associates. “FirstService Residential employs the best of the best, and these awards prove that,” said Steven Parker, president of FirstService Residential in Nevada. “We have a talented group of associates that go above and beyond to exceed their boards’ expectations every day.”
 
FirstService Residential board members took home both the Southern and Northern Nevada Board Member of the Year awards, naming Greg Toussaint and Tony Fakonas as recipients. Beckie Richter was awarded the 2014 Community Manager of Year as well as Support Person of the Year for her continuous effort and support to the industry and CAI.
