(June 18, 2015, Las Vegas, NV) - FirstService Residential, the leading community management company in Nevada, promoted two associates to senior level positions. Metrius Fair has been promoted to vice president of community and lifestyle services and Larry Hartman has been promoted to regional manager.
Fair joined FirstService Residential in 2013 as the vice president of construction overseeing the community gate and general contracting divisions. He brings over fifteen years of experience in high-rise management and facility operations as well as over ten years in construction. Fair is also licensed by the State of Nevada Contractors Board as FirstService Residential’s Qualified Employee (QE) for their General Building (B) and Painting & Decorating (C-4) licenses.

Hartman joined FirstService Residential in 2011 as an executive assistant and obtained his community association manager license shortly after. He has served as the community manager of several associations and most recently for a master-planned golf course community. Hartman is a Las Vegas native and graduate of The University of Nevada Las Vegas.
