FirstService Residential Now Managing Marquis Manor Homeowners Association
LAS VEGAS (November 29, 2016): FirstService Residential, Las Vegas’ leading association management company, has been selected by Marquis Manor Homeowners Association as its new community management services provider. Construction of this new DR Horton development is underway and will consist of 20 exclusive lots at build-out.
The new Marquis Manor community is a true testament to the recovery of the Las Vegas housing market.

Marquis Manor will consist of single-family homes ranging from 2,430 to 2,360-square-feet, equipped with custom floor plans. The community is located off of La Cienega Street and Starr Avenue, near the M Resort, Spa and Casino in Henderson, Nevada. FirstService Residential assumed management responsibilities on November 1, 2016.
