FirstService Residential Expands Management Portfolio Near Las Vegas' Historic District
LAS VEGAS (November 16, 2016): FirstService Residential, Las Vegas’ leading association management company, has been selected by Montara Estates Homeowners Association, Inc. as its new HOA management services provider. The community consists of 254 single-family homes located near one of a half-dozen historic districts scattered throughout Las Vegas. Many vintage neighborhoods feature highly sought-after homes 
representing an architectural design style that became popular during the middle of the 20th century (roughly 1940 to 1965).
