FirstService Residential Chosen to Manage Regency at Summerlin
(April 14, 2015, Las Vegas, NV) - FirstService Residential, the leading community management company in Nevada, has been selected to provide HOA management services for Regency at Summerlin. The brand new Toll Brothers active adult community will be located in Las Vegas and will consist of approximately 445 single-family homes at build-out. FirstService Residential assumed consulting and management responsibilities on April 1, 2015.
