LAS VEGAS (July 1, 2022) - FirstService Residential, North America’s leading community management company, was awarded the contract to provide full-service management services for Sunrise Bay Homeowners Association in Las Vegas, Nevada. FirstService Residential assumed management responsibilities on July 1, 2022.
Sunrise Bay is a condominium community located in the Northeast submarket of Las Vegas. It consists of 192 units and features a clubhouse and two pools.
