Christina Parker of FirstService Residential Recognized as the 20,000 CMCA® Recipient by Community Association Managers International Certification Board
RENO, Nev (November 20, 2019) --- Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB) awarded its 20,000 CMCA® certification to Christina Parker of FirstService Residential, Nevada’s leading community management company. Parker, who passed the CMCA exam in October, is currently compliance director for Somersett Owners Association, managed by FirstService Residential.
The certification recognizes professionals who have demonstrated the fundamental knowledge needed to manage community associations. A CMCA-certified professional can manage every type of community including condominium and homeowner associations, housing cooperatives, resort communities and commercial tenant associations.

The Certified Manager of Community Associations certification program is the only internationally accredited certification program in the industry. The Community Associations Institute (CAI) established the program in 1995.
