Bobbie Anzalone
Community Manager
When Bobbie Anzalone received a call from the "Helping Hands" agency asking her if she had seen Gloria Menes, an elderly tenant who had apparently missed several doctor’s appointments, Bobbie went into investigative action. Watch her video to hear what happened next. It will restore your faith in the goodness of people who genuinely care. You’ll also understand why board member Gordon Helm said, “This is when an on-site manager is well worth the monies we pay and having Bobbie was a true blessing.”
Here’s what other board members said about Bobbie’s work ethic:
“I would like to let you all know how valuable an on-site Manager is not only for this incident but for all the problems that have happened.” – Kevin Stern
“As always thank you for doing the right thing for the property, these are the types of intangible things on-site property management allow. And more so a manager who cares and shows initiative for the property and those that live there. Those are very big shoes to fill.” – Todd Phillips

Eugene says he's passionate about "building great relationships with vendors, our residents and other associates." But you'll be surprised to learn about his superpower.
