FirstService Residential Recognizes Diamond Associations

Diamond Associations are communities that have been an integral part of FirstService Residential for ten years!  In celebration of this milestone anniversary, each community is presented an award at their latest Board meeting.  We are grateful to have these communities as part of our FirstService Residential family and look forward to another decade. Join us in congratulating the following communities:
 

The Enclaves Unit Owners Association The Enclaves, located in the beautiful master-planned community of Summerlin, in Las Vegas, offers spacious one, two, and three bedroom floor plans to choose from. The Enclaves is a gated community with understated elegance on resort-like grounds with slightly higher elevations for a picturesque setting. Amenities include sunken living rooms with vaulted ceilings, walk-in closets, full-size washer and dryer, wood burning fireplace, attached garage ports, pool and spa, four gas BBQ ramadas, and fitness room.

Panorama Towers Condo Unit Association The aqua-blue glass of Panorama Towers on the west side of the famous Las Vegas Strip is about a quarter mile away from CityCenter and makes up the new cityscape.  The name comes from the stunning panoramic views of the valley’s mountains, The Strip, and CityCenter itself. The buildings feature poolside 2-story townhomes, 2-story residential lofts, and commercial lofts on Dean Martin Drive. Amenities include a heated pool and Jacuzzi with lounge areas, 5,000 square foot fitness center, spa facilities, yoga and Pilates studio, theater and entertainment room, indoor racquetball court, conference room, free limo service, 24-hour security; concierge service, and valet parking.

Tempo Homeowners’ Association Tempo, located in North Las Vegas, is comprised of 291 single family homes. The gated community is comprised of both one and two story residences.

Madera Homeowners’ Association Madera, located in the master planned community of Mountains Edge, in Las Vegas, offers its residents various amenities including professional landscaping, security cameras, monument signage and beautiful views of the mountains.  Built in 2006 and 2007, the gated Madera community is comprised of 85 single family homes with up to six bedrooms, including a number of custom floor plans ranging from 3,400 to 4,700 square-feet. Some homes include upgrades such as granite counters, sparkling swimming pools and covered patios.

Stonefield Homeowners’ Association Stonefield Homeowners’ Association is located in Reno, Nevada and consists of 305 single family homes. The community offers its residents a gated entrance and festive community events including summer block parties.
