In just one year, FirstService Residential helped a 19-building multifamily rental portfolio save more than $100,000 in operating expenses and averted costly violations — capital that can now be reinvested in properties across the portfolio. Improvements included cost-saving energy retrofits, hospitality training programs for building staff and a formal preventative maintenance program.
