FirstService Residential Adds Smart Corner Owners Association to San Diego Portfolio

SAN DIEGO (June 22, 2021) --- FirstService Residential, North America’s leading association management company, was awarded the management contract for Smart Corner Owners Association in San Diego, California. FirstService Residential began managing the high-rise building on June 1, 2021.

Smart Corner Owners Association is a 20-story contemporary high-rise located in downtown San Diego. The 301-unit high-rise is located within walking distance to the Gaslamp Quarter and driving distance to the New Children’s Museum and Petco Park. Residents also have easy access to the on-site trolley station, I-5 freeway and Highway 94. In addition, residents can enjoy views of the city, ocean or Coronado Bay Bridge and Harbor from their windows.

The ground level is occupied by three quick-service establishments: 7-Eleven, Subway and Starbucks.
