FirstService Residential Now Managing Shore Tower Owners’ Association in San Diego
SAN DIEGO (December 14, 2021) --- FirstService Residential, North America’s leading association management company, was awarded the management contract for Shore Tower Owners’ Association in La Jolla, California. FirstService Residential began managing the 60-unit high-rise condominium in November 2021.
The Shore Tower Owners’ Association is a 13-story high-rise built in 1973 with two-bedroom floor plans. Residents with west-facing units can enjoy ocean views while those in the south and east-facing units have mountain views. Amenities at this community include a clubhouse, tennis courts, a swimming pool and spa, a fitness center with a sauna and a secure parking garage.
