FirstService Residential Helps Enhance a Local Community by Organizing the Distribution of Over 500 Plants
(April 20, 2016, Phoenix, Arizona) – FirstService Residential, Arizona’s leading HOA Management company, made lives a little greener for residents of Rancho El Dorado when the company organized a community-wide plant distribution event. The FirstService Residential management team proposed the project to assist residents with the replacement of dead or dying winter plants throughout the community and to create an opportunity for the board of directors to connect with community members in a face-to-face setting.
During the event held on April 2, 2016, residents of the 3,000 home Maricopa-community received HOA approved plants from Alpha Landscapes, a local landscape company. Representatives from Pinal County Master Gardner and The Maricopa Agricultural Center were on hand to provide expert landscaping advice and answer resident’s questions.
“We strive each day to make a significant difference in the lives of the residents of the communities we manage,” says Lisa Pimentle, FirstService Residential community manager. “This event provided a wonderful forum to build great relationships between the residents of this community and the board of directors. The event was such a big success that we are planning another plant distribution event this fall.”
