FirstService Residential, North America’s leading HOA management company, hosted its 12th annual Arizona Conference and Expo, bringing together community association board members, industry partners, and company associates from across the state for a full day of education, networking, and collaboration. The event was held at The Westin Kierland Resort and Spa in Scottsdale.Designed exclusively for HOA board members, the annual conference and expo featured educational breakout sessions, an expansive expo hall, and opportunities for attendees to connect with trusted service providers serving community associations throughout Arizona.
The event welcomed more than 250 board members and nearly 100 industry vendors, along with FirstService Residential associates from across the state, reinforcing the company’s commitment to education, partnership, and strong community leadership.

Educational programming included two seminars focused on key issues facing HOAs. The session titled “Association benchmark: how do you compare?” was presented by Kristina Allen, senior vice president of FirstService Residential, and explored budget performance benchmarking and operational insights for community associations. A second breakout session, “Risky business: overcoming community association insurance obstacles,” was presented by experts from Maxwell and Morgan and Socher Insurance and addressed insurance challenges and risk management strategies impacting boards today.
In addition to the educational sessions and expo, attendees enjoyed complimentary lunch and a networking cocktail reception. The conference and expo is part of FirstService Residential’s ongoing dedication to provide board members with resources, industry expertise, and meaningful opportunities to collaborate with peers and trusted partners.
