To help community members get answers more efficiently, our corporations that don't have an on-site property manager benefit from our Resident Support Services (RSS). Designed to help resolve the day-to-day issues of condominium living, the RSS team is made up of local specialized experts.

We work with our boards every step of they way to make sure they hire the right vendors for the various services the community needs. While we provide our boards with a list of preferred vendors to choose from, the board is welcome to hire whichever vendor they wish, on or off the list.

Our preferred vendors are selected for their dependability in the service they provide and the work they do. As a company it’s not us that benefit from working with these vendors, it’s the condo corporations. We build strong relationships with these vendors so our managed communities can take advantage of valuable savings.
