Landscape expert Phil Nishkian from Brightview Landscape Services will discuss how to properly manage your associations landscape and share insights on the following topics:

• Best times to prune and plant

• Pre/post emergent procedures

• Water saving tips

Phil Nishkian– Associate Branch Manager
Phil has 34 years of experience in the landscaping industry, eight as part of the BrightView family. Phil earned his certification in Horticulture from D.V.C. Over the years he has earned several designations and is proud to be an ISA Certified Arborist. He is very well versed in Integrated Pest Management (IPM) as well and holds a Qualified Applicator License with the Department of Pesticide Regulation. He’s seen first had all the advances in the industry and really enjoys learning new information that can help him be more efficient in maintaining his clients’ landscapes.  Phil is very active in his community and volunteers his time to run several community events and activities.  He also enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife and daughter.
