The Harborview HOA is a beautiful master association community with 4 Sub-associations located right on the water in the heart of downtown Baltimore. Our team is looking for a new general manager to guide the onsite team and the community, provide strong leadership and management direction on behalf of the board of directors and First Service Residential.
This position’s key responsibility is to oversee the entire operation of the Harborview and consistently adhere to and execute the mission and vision of the board and community. The general manager position has oversight of all aspects related to the business and operations of the community.
FirstService Residential, North America's property management leader, is seeking full-time property managers for several communities throughout Massachusetts. This skilled professional will possess knowledge of community association management and provide high-level support and management for the community, while working closely with the board of directors to address and react to the community's needs.
Our team includes a central support staff that assists in various areas such as resale, compliance, accounts receivable and maintenance inquiries. Our Customer Care Center is available 24/7 to assist residents.
The general manager is a critical part of a team of associates collaborating on ideas and management skills.
