FirstService Residential is offering a free HOA board certification course designed to address the most critical aspects of day-to-day homeowner association operations on Thursday, February 27, 2014. The event will take place at the community of Waterstone II, located at 1355 Waterstone Way in Homestead, FL 33033. Hors D’Oeuvres will be served at 6:00 p.m., followed by the course at 6:30 p.m. Gary Pyott, President of HOA/Gardenstyle for FirstService Residential, will moderate and Jason Molder, Esquire of the law firm of Swimmer & Molder, PL will be featured.

This course is open to any area HOA board member who wishes to attend.  Upon completion of the course, newly elected or appointed HOA board members will receive a certificate of completion that satisfies Florida legal requirements for HOA board members.
