FirstService Residential Presents HOA Board Member Certification Course in Delray Beach
FirstService Residential is hosting a free HOA board certification course designed to address the most critical aspects of day-to-day homeowner association operations on Tuesday, February 18, 2014. The event will take place at the South County Civic Center, located at 16700 Jog Road in Delray Beach, Fl. Hors D’oeuvres will be served at 6:00 p.m., followed by the course at 6:30 p.m. Gary Pyott, President of HOA/Gardenstyle for FirstService Residential will moderate and Ken Direktor, Esquire of the law firm of Becker & Poliakoff will be featured.
This course is open to any area HOA board member who wishes to attend. Upon completion of the course, newly elected or appointed HOA board members will receive a certificate of completion that satisfies Florida legal requirements for HOA board members.
