FirstService Residential Presents Free HOA Board Certification Course in Port St. Lucie
FirstService Residential is hosting a free homeowners’ association board certification course designed to address the most critical aspects of day-to-day association operations on Wednesday, March 5, 2014. The event will take place at the community of Kings Isle, located at 100 NW Kings Isle Boulevard in Port St. Lucie, FL 34986. A light breakfast will be served at 9:30 a.m., followed by the course at 10:00 a.m. Gary Pyott, President of HOA/Gardenstyle for FirstService Residential will moderate and Jane Cornett, Esquire of the law firm of Becker & Poliakoff will be featured.
This course is open to any area HOA board member who wishes to attend. Upon completion of the course, newly elected or appointed HOA board members will receive a certificate of completion that satisfies Florida legal requirements for HOA board members.
