FirstService Association Consulting provides you access to quality engineers who can evaluate all of your physical assets and align a preventative maintenance program for those assets with your reserve study. Because if your reserve study says a pool pump, for example, should last 10 years, but it’s not being properly maintained, you may be paying for one unexpectedly in only 7 years.  Having a preventative maintenance asset management plan that is aligned with your reserve study can save your association money and prevent a special assessment.  We also create and help you implement emergency readiness plans for your community.
