GLENNON GRAY, PCAM®, CCAM®
Executive Vice President, Community Management, Inland Empire
Glennon Gray, PCAM, serves as Executive Vice President, Community Management and has operational oversight of the Inland Empire, Santa Clarita, and Westlake Village regional offices. He is responsible for operations, client relationships, staff development, new business launch and business development.
Gray has 28 years of community management experience. Gray was the Owner/President of Euclid Management Company, which joined FirstService Residential in 2014. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), Inland Empire Chapter, for six years, and is a Past President of the Chapter. He is also involved as a delegate to the California Legislative Action Committee (CLAC) since 1989. He was Chairman for the State of California for three years. Gray is also certified by the California Association of Community Managers (CACM). He has also received the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation.
Regional Director, Santa Clarita
Shauna brings over eight years of community association management experience to FirstService Residential. Shauna comes from Euclid Management where she spent seven years in portfolio and large master planned community management. In 2013, she was recognized for her superior service and talent and was promoted to a leadership role in the Santa Clarita and Westlake offices. She currently oversees all association management clients along with training and supervising senior managers that serve the communities throughout the region. Shauna’s primary objective is to maintain close client relationships and a strong team to serve our clients.
Shauna brings an astute knowledge and background of the Santa Clarita Valley as her home of origin and as a resident for more than 30 years, now proudly raising her own family. Shauna is an alumnus of Valencia High School, and obtained her Associates Degree at the College of the Canyons. She is an involved local community member receiving special recognition from the County of Los Angeles’s Board of Supervisors, and Supervisor Michael Antonovich, for her valuable work at one of our master planned communities. She continues her education in Business Management and Legal Studies.
