Senior Vice President, Community Management, Inland Empire
Kristie Rose is responsible for supervising current association community management clients, as well as coordinating and managing new contracts, maintaining client relations and spearheading continued growth throughout the Inland Empire region. In addition, she plays an integral role in the recruitment and hiring staff members, the establishment of new association management accounts and the development and implementation of company procedures and policies.
Rose brings to the company over eight years of community management experience with portfolio and master-planned communities. She is an active member in both the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and the California Association of Community Managers (CACM).
DANA MATHEY (Upland)
Vice President, Community Management, Inland Empire
Dana is responsible for the managers in the Upland office and provides training and guidance to them. She works closely with the managers, offering her experience and expertise to help navigate elevated issues. Dana is a valuable resource and liaison to the board of directors.
Dana has been a part of the Euclid Management Team since 1999, which joined FirstService Residential in 2014. Previously, she was the general manager for a large scale, planned unit development for seven years. Dana has earned the credentials from the California Association of Community Managers (CACM), completed the Professional Management Development Program (CAI) and is currently serving on the GRIE education committee. Dana is a graduate of San Diego State University with a BA Degree in education.
Dana has resided in Redlands with her husband, Michael, for the last 25 years and has two adult children. She enjoys hiking, horseback riding, golfing and an occasional extreme sport. She and her husband volunteer for the Great American Youth Circus in Redlands.
ROBIN BROWN (Murrieta)
Executive Vice President, South East Region
As Executive Vice President of the South East Region in California, Robbin Brown has operational oversight of the San Diego, Inland Empire and Palm Desert regional offices and leads account executive staff and association on-site teams. Her responsibility also includes client relationships, leadership development and new business development.
Robbin brings over 25 years of retail business leadership, her previous role being Regional Vice President at Toys R’ Us. She is a graduate of California State University San Diego. A native Californian, Robbin enjoys spending time with her three children and friends, traveling and watching or attending sporting events.
