Executive Vice President, South East Region

As FirstService Residential’s Executive Vice President of the South East Region in California, Woltman has operational oversight of the San Diego, Inland Empire and Palm Desert regional offices and is responsible for spearheading continued growth throughout Southern California.

Woltman brings over 20 years of community management experience to FirstService Residential’s Southern California team. Most recently, he was senior vice president with oversight of the San Francisco, Sacramento and Bay Area offices where he was responsible for community management, business development and staff supervision in those regions. Prior to that role, Woltman had oversight of FirstService Residential’s San Diego, Los Angeles and Santa Clarita regional offices. His background includes key client management as well as experience with managing multiple communities and overseeing community management staff.

He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from San Diego State University, a teaching credential from California State Fullerton. Woltman was recognized by the United Way as the Coordinator of the Year in 1999-2000 and for an Outstanding Community Campaign in 2000-2001.




Executive Vice President, Community Management, Inland Empire


Glennon Gray, PCAM, serves as Executive Vice President, Community Management and has operational oversight of the Inland Empire, Santa Clarita, and Westlake Village regional offices. He is responsible for operations, client relationships, staff development, new business launch and business development.

Gray has 28 years of community management experience. Gray was the Owner/President of Euclid Management Company, which joined FirstService Residential in 2014. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), Inland Empire Chapter, for six years, and is a Past President of the Chapter. He is also involved as a delegate to the California Legislative Action Committee (CLAC) since 1989. He was Chairman for the State of California for three years. Gray is also certified by the California Association of Community Managers (CACM). He has also received the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation.


Vice President, Community Management, Inland Empire

Kristie Rose is responsible for supervising current association community management clients, as well as coordinating and managing new contracts, maintaining client relations and spearheading continued growth throughout the Inland Empire region.  In addition, she plays an integral role in the recruitment and hiring staff members, the establishment of new association management accounts and the development and implementation of company procedures and policies.  

Rose brings to the company over eight years of community management experience with portfolio and master-planned communities. She is an active member in both the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and the California Association of Community Managers (CACM).
