Location: Stone Brewery Main Garden – Liberty Station
Date: Thursday, October 22, 2026
Time: 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Load-in: 4:00 p.m.

The booth sponsorship for this event is $300 (21 LEFT).

Each booth includes:

• One (1) 6ft table with two (2) chairs
• Hors d'oeuvres and open bar for two (2) attendees

Additional sponsorship opportunities are available on a first-come basis. They include:

• Bar sponsor – Logo displayed on signage at bar and logo on beverage napkins (SOLD OUT) - $600
• Lanyard sponsor – Branded with your logo (SOLD OUT) - $400
• Tote bag sponsor – Branded with your logo (1 available) - $700
• Photobooth sponsor – Logo displayed on printed photos and photobooth signage (1 available) - $700

Sponsorship form and full payment must be received a minimum of 14 days prior to the event date. Sponsorship is confirmed when payment is received.

Important to note:

• Vendor set-up begins at 4:00 p.m. all booths must be ready to go by 4:45 p.m.
• We ask all vendors contribute a raffle prize
• The venue will provide all table linens
• All booths will be assigned
• Electricity will not be available
• Each booth comes with two (2) badges for exhibiting company attendees. All company representatives must be confirmed by Thursday, October 8, 2026
• Instructions for loading and unloading will be provided one week prior to the event
