FirstService Residential Expands California Operations with Acquisition of Willis Management Group, Inc.
FirstService Residential, North America’s leading property management company, announced today that it has expanded its market-leading residential property management business in California with the acquisition of Willis Management Group, Inc., a full-service residential and commercial association company based in San Ramon, California. The partnership adds more than 165 residential and commercial associations to the company’s management portfolio and expands its regional footprint in Northern California. The partnership became effective July 1, 2023.

Founded in 2001, Willis was established by Chris Willis, an industry professional for over 20 years. Chris Willis will serve as President of the Willis operations.
