FirstService Residential Now Managing Sea Summit at Marblehead Homeowners Association in San Clemente, California
SAN CLEMENTE, Calif. (March 23, 2021) --- FirstService Residential, North America’s leading community management company, was awarded the management contract for Sea Summit at Marblehead Homeowners Association in San Clemente, California. FirstService Residential started managing the 309-unit single-family home community on March 1, 2021.
Sea Summit at Marblehead Homeowners Association is located on the Marblehead Coastal ridge. The community was built in 2015 and is surrounded by 116 acres of restored habitat, with four well-defined neighborhoods. Sea Summit homes feature Spanish-inspired designs and provide residents with ocean views and nearby beach access.
