Her leadership has strengthened collaboration, enhanced communication, and elevated operational excellence throughout the region. She has played a pivotal role in Orange County’s business development initiatives, including overseeing the successful onboarding of the Orchard Hills community in Irvine earlier this year.
With more than two decades of industry experience, Barger has served communities across Southern California and has spent over 10 years as a director leading teams and managing large master-planned communities. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in from California State University, Fullerton (CSUF) and has earned CMCA, AMS, and PCAM credentials through the Community Association Institute (CAI).
Her background in strategic leadership, governance compliance, and team development has consistently delivered exceptional service and strengthened client relationships.
