Palm Desert, CA, July 12, 2013 —FirstService Residential, California’s leading property management company, today announces being selected to provide property management services for Outdoor Resort Indio, The Ultimate Motor Coach Resort. The community consists of 419 coach sites throughout 42 acres in Indio, CA. The company assumed management responsibilities on July 1, 2013.

The Outdoor Resort Indio is a Class A Motor Coach community in Indio with five-star amenities, a full-service café serving breakfast and lunch, and a clubhouse. Additional amenities include an on-site office, an owner’s lounge equipped with a state of the art big screen HD TV and sound system, a library and billiards room, ballroom, four pools and a spa, a fitness center, bathrooms, kitchens, tennis and pickleball courts, an 18 hole golf course, bingo and beautiful lakes.
