Lee Newman, a seasoned leader with a two-decade career at FirstService Residential, has been promoted to senior vice president of high-rise. Since joining the organization 20 years ago, Lee has contributed across multiple markets and disciplines, consistently demonstrating strategic insight, operational expertise, and a strong commitment to supporting teams and enhancing the resident experience.
Meredith Plante has been promoted to vice president of high-rise for San Diego, recognizing her exceptional leadership, operational excellence, and dedication to delivering outstanding service in one of California’s most dynamic high-rise markets.

Organizational structure enhancements
As part of this transition, the high-rise division is implementing several structural updates to further strengthen support for associates and clients:
- Strategic support for hospitality and training:
In his new role, Lee will provide strategic oversight to the director of hospitality and training team for high-rise, ensuring consistent service standards and enhanced training resources across all properties. - Expansion of regional engineering:
Lee will guide the evolution of our regional engineering team to further reinforce the facilities management infrastructure that underpins the daily operations of our high-rise properties.
