FivePoint Communities Management, Inc. selects FirstService Residential to manage Great Park Neighborhoods Community Association in Irvine
IRVINE, California -- January 15, 2014 – FirstService Residential, California’s leading property management company, has been selected to operate the community association for Pavilion Park, the first of the Great Park Neighborhoods, Irvine’s newest master-planned, mixed-use development. FivePoint Communities is the development manager of Great Park Neighborhoods, which opened its first neighborhood to thousands of potential homebuyers in September 2013.
Pavilion Park opened with 726 homes, 10 new home collections and 31 models by eight of America’s premier builders. Featuring homes built in the American Heritage style, the neighborhood is arranged around the nearly 5-acre Pavilion Park that includes swimming pools, playground, sport courts, community greenhouse and neighborhood terrace and pavilions. Unique to Pavilion Park are the decades-old heritage trees reclaimed from the Marine Corps Air Station El Toro and replanted to give the neighborhood an established feel right from the start.
