Sacramento, CA, September 19, 2013 — FirstService Residential, California’s and the nation’s leading property management company, announces the promotion of Kathryn Henricksen, CCAM, to Vice President Northern California. In this role, Henricksen has operational oversight of the Sacramento and Bay Area regional offices and is responsible for community management, business development and staff supervision in those regions. She is also accountable for spearheading continued growth throughout Northern California.

Henricksen brings over 23 years of community management experience to FirstService Residential’s Northern California team. Most recently, she served as regional director for the Sacramento team where she was responsible for current association community management clients.  She is currently on the board and faculty of the California Association of Community Managers (CACM) and holds the professional designations of Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM®). In 2004, Henricksen was the recipient of the CACM President’s Vision Award.  She is also a member of the Community Associations Institute and Community Manager’s International Association.
