FirstService Residential Promotes Joe Bolich, CCAM®, to Vice President of Community Management
Orange County, CA, July 26, 2013 —FirstService Residential in California, the state’s leading property management company, announces the promotion of Joe Bolich, CCAM, to Vice President of Community Management. In this role, Bolich is now responsible for the leadership and management of business development in Orange County with key responsibilities that include expanding client growth.

Bolich joined FirstService Residential over 12 years ago and has held positions including regional director where he managed one of the largest business units in California. Over the past 18 months, he was instrumental in the acquisition, on-boarding and retention of several key clients including: The Summit at Turtle Ridge, The Bluffs and Diamond Bar Country Estates. He also held several roles including executive director, director of operations and senior community manager. Joe is an active member of the California Association of Community Managers and is a Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM®). He is a frequent speaker and panel member for various CACM conferences throughout Southern California. Bolich earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University, Tempe, AZ as well as an Associate’s Degree in Landscape Design from Saddleback College in Mission Viejo, CA.
