Orange County, CA, October 11, 2013 —FirstService Residential, California’s and the nation’s leading property management company, today announces the promotion of Jeremy Pipp, CCAM, to General Manager for Avenue One.  In his role as general manager, Pipp works closely with the Avenue One Board of Directors and is responsible for daily operations. The position includes budgeting, contracts, agreements, staff management, resident relations and other related duties. Pipp transitioned to the position on September 16, 2013.

Prior to his new role, Pipp served as a district manager where he oversaw and directed community management staff for homeowners associations within Orange County. Pipp holds the professional designations of Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM®) from the California Association of Community Managers (CACM). He is also a member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and studying to obtain the Professional Community Association Manager designation from CAI.
