FirstService Residential’s San Diego Team Wins Five Awards
San Diego, CA, November 22, 2013 — FirstService Residential, California’s leading property management company, today announces that their San Diego team received five awards at the company’s annual meeting. Staff members were presented with awards for their hard work and dedication to the communities.
Alma Galindo received the STAR and Rookie of the Year Awards, Chelsey Chapman received the Be Genuinely Helpful Award; Deborah Shippy received a STAR Award; Laura Kendrick received a STAR Award; and the staff at the San Diego community of Eastlake III Debra Vaca, Gema Soto, Margo Bule, Adrianne Dorantes, Debra Beltran and Hector Pelayo received the Team STAR Award.
Awards are given in categories ranging from 'Rookie of the Year' and 'Own It' to 'Be Genuinely Helpful.' The STAR award represent the highest honor for staff because the nominations originate from clients critiquing work done every day and are given based on situations, traits, actions and results.
