FirstService Residential, North America’s leading HOA management company, is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the management contract for Cross Creek Village, a 532-unit, three-story low-rise condominium community located in Playa del Rey. FirstService Residential officially began management of the community on March 1, 2026.Previously self-managed, Cross Creek Village has transitioned to professional management under FirstService Residential as part of a strategic effort by the association’s board of directors to strengthen operational oversight, enhance financial controls, and prepare for significant capital improvement projects. The transition includes the onboarding of the community’s seven onsite staff members and the appointment of a new, dedicated general manager, ensuring continuity while elevating service delivery.
Originally built in 1971 and converted to condominiums in 1979, Cross Creek Village is a resort style community known for its expansive grounds, mature landscaping, water features, and amenities including a clubhouse and outdoor pool. As the community looks ahead, FirstService Residential will support the board in planning and executing a series of capital enhancements, including exterior painting, hallway modernization, lighting upgrades, landscaping improvements, and long-term clubhouse renovations.
