FirstService Residential Selected as Property Management Company for Fashion Hills Owners Association in San Diego
SAN DIEGO, California -- December 11, 2014 – FirstService Residential, California’s leading property management company, has been selected for its management services for Fashion Hills Owners Association in San Diego, California. The management contract for the 226 unit condominium community began in December, 2014.

Fashion Hills, built from 1975 to 1986, is a condominium community of 226 large units located at the western end of Mission Valley. There is a great selection of bedroom/bathroom floor plans: ranging in size from 1,108 to 3,000 square feet. Amenities include a swimming pool, spa, gardens, monuments and tennis courts.
Fashion Hills is within walking distance of the University of San Diego, Fashion Valley Mall, and the Fashion Valley Transit Station to catch the San Diego Trolley. Note that Fashion Hills is built on a hillside, so walking up or down will give you pretty good exercise. A short Trolley ride, drive, or bicycle ride can get you to Qualcomm Stadium, SeaWorld, Mission Bay, San Diego State University, Old Town, and downtown San Diego.
