Hands-on training is an excellent complement to the knowledge obtained through classroom learning. That’s why we created our unique property management Learning Center, enabling associates and Board Members to view and touch samples of the systems and equipment they encounter in their communities. Components, including a gate house and pool, heating, plumbing, cooling and roofing cross sections, are accessible to associates, Board Members and residents whenever they wish.
