Walker is one of only 103 managers nationwide who have earned this specialized level of professional recognition in this field.

Walker has 18 years of experience in community association management, ten of those with FirstService Residential. In addition to his LSM, he has a CMCA, AMS, PCAM and a degree from Virginia Tech in residential property management. He leads the team at Potomac Green, a 1,363-unit, active adult community in Ashburn, Virginia. Potomac Green was named Large Scale Community of the year for 2017 by the Washington Metropolitan Chapter Community Associations Institute (WMCCAI).
