FirstService Residential Announces Bernie Guthrie Appointed to Board of Directors Washington Metropolitan Chapter of Community Associations Institute (WMCCAI)
FirstService Residential, the Washington D.C. area’s leading property management company, announced Bernie Guthrie, MBA, CMCA®, AMS®, PCAM® has been appointed to serve on the Board of Directors of the Washington Metropolitan Chapter of Community Associations Institute (WMCCAI.) Guthrie is an executive director with FirstService Residential, providing leadership and operational oversight to associates and client communities in the Fredericksburg area. She has been an active member of WMCCAI since 2004, serving on several committees including the Legislative Action Committee and as Co-Chair of the Chapter Events Committee.
