Our team at Montclair Property Owners Association is seeking a skilled general manager to join our team!
Montclair Property Owners Association, located in beautiful Montclair, Virginia, is an association of 3,800+ single-family homes and townhome units. This amenity-rich association began in 1969 and features an earthen dam, 108 acre lake, 3 beaches, playgrounds and a dog park. The community is also known for its social and recreational opportunities that include boating, swimming and fishing. Volunteers make up an 11 member board with 11+ core committees. Additionally, Montclair has an onsite office and maintenance shop with FirstService Residential team members who keep operations running smoothly.
The general manager and administrative team oversee all operations, including producing a professional quality monthly magazine and a robust number of social events, as well as some landscape, snow removal, and beach/dam/lake maintenance tasks.
Our general manager will:
- Provide strong leadership and management direction on behalf of the board of directors and FirstService Residential.
- Oversee the entire operation of Montclair Property Owners Association and consistently adhere to and execute the mission and vision of the board and community.
- Oversee all aspects related to the business and operations of the community.
- Manage the day-to-day operations, legal compliance and overall oversight of the association and staff.
