Elizabeth brings more than a decade of experience in property management and real estate development. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, she began her career as an administrative assistant in a self-managed 15-story, 169-unit residential high-rise in Austin. Her leadership trajectory quickly advanced to assistant general manager, then general manager. She later joined Worth Ross Management Company (WRMC), where she held multiple roles including regional director and, most recently, vice president of business development services for Texas and Colorado.
Elizabeth’s extensive expertise includes client relations and daily building operations, as well as reserve studies and capital project management. She is highly skilled in litigation oversight, financial administration, and developer consulting, along with inventory controls and delinquency administration. Her experience also spans lifestyle programming, event coordination, and personnel development.
She holds CMCA, AMS, and PCAM certifications, served on the CAI Austin Chapter Board (2016–2024), and currently chairs the CAI Austin Chapter Education and Programs Committee. In addition, Elizabeth serves on the Executive Committee of the Texas Legislative Action Committee, a role she has held for the past three years.
