    My family and I have been residents in Harmony since 2017, moving from DFW.  We love this area because we are within minutes from Houston in one direction and The Woodlands in the other.  The staff (Courtney and Vanessa) at FirstService Residential/Harmony HOA are kind and creative, responsive and professional.  They are always looking for ways to improve our living conditions like increasing our internet speed, resurfacing our community pool/splashpad and hosting different events to meet our neighbors.  Any time I have had a question or concern, they have been attentive and prompt to address/respond and I appreciate that.

    Krystal Barbarito and Michael Quinn: Please pass on to the entire team how grateful we are for all everyone did to keep the "ship afloat" during the perilous winter storm. I was hearing of my friend’s sufferings in the cold and so thankful to God and team that we were spared the debilitating temperatures. Let's hope we never have to fear the gelid weather again. A special thanks to those who spent the night away from home and those who worked long past their scheduled hours to keep us safe.  There is truly no appropriate words that sincerely represent the gratitude, the determination and dedication to assure we pulled through when things looked dangerously close to being on the cusp of disaster.  It is obvious so many went up and beyond what anyone would expect, and it has not gone unnoticed.

    On February 17th, at 4am, La Cascada experienced a water event. A sprinkler pipe burst right in the lobby, almost directly above Charles’ head. Instead of panicking, he stayed calm as the alarm began to sound. He did what he knew to do – and started contacted managers and documenting via photos and video. He also was smart enough to make sure to head towards the elevator lobby to redirect guests to the garage and avoid the lobby which had now become closer to a waterpark. As Board members began to arrive, he had them take over redirecting other residents and went to meet police and fire at the front door – all while wet and freezing. He stayed in contact with me until I arrived and kept me updated with what was going on as I made my way in. He has received great praise from residents for his professional actions and we are very proud of the way he handled this wild emergency! Great work by Charles
