FirstService Residential will assume management responsibilities effective February 1, 2026.

The Bonaventure Board selected FirstService Residential for its regional facility management expertise and project oversight, financial and accounting leadership including support for major capital projects, human resources guidance to support staff retention and training, and comprehensive transition planning and board education.

In addition, FirstService Residential will implement a multi-year beautification and modernization plan for The Bonaventure, which includes annual investments in landscaping and resident events. The transition team has developed a detailed onboarding calendar to ensure a seamless experience for residents and associates.
