Austin’s Newest Storage Concept XSpace Reaches Construction Milestones
FirstService Residential’s new partnership, XSpace, makes construction progress after breaking ground in March, with KDW Construction on track to finish by Spring of 2022.
The new three-level indoor facility offers condo-style units ranging from 300 to 3,000-square-feet that can be used for either storage or workspace. A new game-changing concept, XSpace reflects an innovative and record-breaking design, including the tallest tilt-up concrete panel ever to be formed, poured, and erected in Texas.
Co-Founders Tim Manson and Byron Smith say they designed the building to be an extension of owners’ living space, meant to be visionary and fully customizable to reflect their needs and style.

Other building tenants include a wellness center, high-end furniture showroom and Porsche collector.
XSpace owners will be offered a truly unique opportunity to experience amenities such as custom community events, a top-floor fully furnished lounge and terrace complete with a kitchen, patio and panoramic views of Lake Travis and the hill country. Each unit includes a bioclimatic UI-approved, needlepoint ionization air filter system, allowing residents to safely drive directly into their unit.
