CCS is skilled in the best practices required for collecting delinquent homeowner accounts. The company works to recover all funds due to the association in the most professional and cost-effective manner possible, while treating homeowners with the respect they deserve.

The CCS financial team works with our management staff and accounts receivable department to confirm billing information prior to beginning collection efforts. If collection efforts are necessary, CCS attempts to communicate with delinquent homeowners by preparing and delivering a variety of services, from late notices to liens.  

To keep community managers and Board members informed at all times, CCS creates electronic progress reports, as well as real-time reports available online. In addition, CCS representatives are available to attend executive Board sessions to discuss specific accounts in collections, as well as open forum sessions of Board meetings to explain and discuss the collection process.
