Montebello Condominium Community Receives ‘Very Large Community Association of the Year’ and ‘Communicator of the Year’ Awards from WMCCAI

The Montebello Condominium Community was the recipient of the ‘Very Large Community Association of the Year’ and ‘Communicator of the Year’ awards this year.

The “Communicator of the Year’ award is given to communities that engage in communication best practices. Montebello Condominium distributes a monthly newsletter containing timely information for the community, neighbor features, survey results, and more. With their communication system they can send out emails, emergency text messages and monthly calendars. In addition, they are able to receive work-order requests, comments and suggestions from residents. The board conducts town hall meetings and always welcomes feedback from their residents.
