FirstService Residential has been selected to provide lifestyle management services for Venetian Isles, an active-adult community comprised of 784 single-family homes and 276 villas – conveniently located near the many shopping plazas in the Boynton Beach, Wellington and West Palm Beach areas.
Widely known for its resort-style amenities, Venetian Isles offers a clubhouse; heated, lagoon-style swimming pool and a recirculating therapy pool; eight lighted Har-Tru tennis courts with an on-site tennis pro; shuffleboard, horseshoe and bocce courts; ping pong tables; a putting green; card and billiards rooms; an arts & crafts room with kilns; a state-of-the-art gym with saunas; a large conference room; a library with public computers; a social hall complete with a dance floor and stage; and a catering kitchen.
