FirstService Residential Welcomes the Residences at Broadwest

   
Nashville, Tenn. (April 27, 2022) - FirstService Residential, North America’s leading property management company, was awarded the management contract for the Residences at Broadwest, 196 condominiums which occupy the top 20 floors of a 34-story private residential luxury hotel tower.

The Residences at Broadwest is part of a larger 1.2 million-square-foot, mixed-use urban community called Broadwest, which encompasses an entire city block and features a 237-room 4-star Conrad hotel and a 21-story 510,000-square-foot office tower. The two towers are connected by an additional 125,000 square feet of retail and creative office space and anchored by a 1.5-acre plaza. The estimated value of the entire development is $540 million.

Located at one of the highest elevations in Nashville, the Residences offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans and is conveniently close to outdoor recreation, dining, sports and entertainment. Ranging in size from 908 square feet to 1,951 square feet, the luxury condominiums feature nine customizable penthouse residences, 10-foot floor-to-ceiling glass windows with motorized shades, SubZero Wolf professional-grade appliances, marble countertops, herringbone wood floors, wine storage, and double-stack kitchen cabinets.

Amenities for the Residences include a 24-hour concierge, rooftop pool, bar and outdoor lounge space, catering kitchen, fitness center with sauna and steam room, golf simulator, library, billiards room, conference room, bicycle storage, pet care area and cold storage delivery area for groceries. In-residence services such as food delivery, laundry and dry-cleaning are a few additional premium services offered to residents by Conrad Nashville.
