I have had the pleasure of working with the FirstService Project Management (FSPM) team on several capital projects at The Residences at RiverBend. Their expertise and dedication were invaluable in managing key renovation projects: the Fitness Center renovation, the Amenities Spaces Floor overhaul, which included the Social Room, Conference Room, and Party Room and the Lobby remodel.

From the outset, FSPM demonstrated an exceptional ability to manage the complexities of these projects, ensuring they were completed smoothly with minimal disruption to our community. The Fitness Center renovation required careful planning, particularly when demolishing the whirlpool to create a more functional space, while the Amenities Spaces Floor and Lobby renovation required meticulous coordination to ensure the project aligned with the board’s vision.  One of the standout aspects of FSPM’s involvement was their communication and transparency throughout each phase of the projects. The manager and building staff were always kept in the loop, with clear next steps outlined for board communication, which facilitated a seamless experience for everyone involved.  Perhaps the most impressive part of this collaboration was that both projects were completed timely and within or under budget. This cost savings not only benefited the community but also delivered tremendous value to our client.

This project from the pre-construction meetings to the final product was run professionally and seamlessly. Zach, Scott and Shane worked very well as a team and were very attentive to the needs of the building and the residents. A project of this magnitude had the potential for extreme negative impact in many arenas but due to the professional, diligent efforts of FSR and the team they assembled that did not occur. I highly recommend FSR to manage any and all projects. FSR provided Class A project management.
