Sean Ingraham has been with FirstService Residential since 2009 and has played an instrumental role in the company's growth and success for over a decade. Throughout his tenure, he has led numerous departments, strategic initiatives, and business transformation efforts, building strong and enduring relationships with clients, industry partners, and colleagues across the organization. He is passionate about advancing the management of housing in Canada and continuously improving the resident experience.

As Executive Vice President, Sean provides executive leadership across key areas of the business, drawing on his extensive operational, development, and property management expertise. He has been a driving force behind the growth and evolution of FirstService Residential's services and capabilities throughout Canada.

Sean leads consulting services for developers, asset managers, and property owners, providing condo and rental housing expertise from the earliest stages of development through to occupancy and ongoing operations. Throughout his career, he has supported the planning and delivery of more than 70,000 homes and numerous commercial developments across Canada.

He holds a university degree in Business Administration and is licensed under British Columbia's Real Estate Services Act as a Managing Broker for FirstService Residential BC and through the Real Estate Council Alberta. Prior to his executive leadership roles, Sean managed a wide range of complex strata properties, including new construction, mixed-use developments, and hotel properties.

A respected industry leader and frequent speaker on property management, Sean serves on several industry boards, including CCI BC. Outside of work, he enjoys tackling home renovation projects and spending time with his three children.

As the Director of Client Accounting, Sophia oversees the rental investment properties accounting team for Canada. She leads a team responsible for monthly financial reporting, annual budgeting, and overall accounting operations for all clients. In her role, Sophia works closely with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency for both internal and external stakeholders. Sophia has strong listening skills, which allow her to adapt her communication style to different individuals. She aims to understand and meet the unique needs of clients. With over 15 years of accounting experience, Sophia brings extensive expertise in the rental investment property sector. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA).

As Director, Investment Properties, Phoenix Giffuni oversees daily operations and building management for the multi-family and investor client services departments. Working closely with her team, Phoenix ensures excellent customer service to residents and clients, while creating a cohesive team atmosphere.  

Specializing in rejuvenating underperforming property portfolios, Phoenix says, “Aim high challenges me daily to get outside my comfort zone and never settle, we can always do better.”

Phoenix has worked in small and large companies including not-for-profit, managing various building types and portfolios. Holding her Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®) designation along with her property management real estate associate license, Phoenix was previously area manager with one of Canada’s largest owner/operator property management groups.

With over 19 years’ experience in multi-family housing, Phoenix joined FirstService Residential in 2019, and worked with the leadership team to launch Alberta market’s multi-family platform in 2020.
 

As Director, Community Development & Governance, Aji is accountable for developer consulting, project start up, new client integration, community transition and operations, working with clients and operational teams for a seamless transition through the life-cycle of new-build projects. Aji does this while working with developers to achieve the vision for their communities  and supporting them with top-class property asset management operations.
 
Before joining FirstService Residential in 2019, Aji was Director of Operations with The Daniels Corporation, a prominent developer in the Greater Toronto Area. He was  responsible for general management of their in-house property management division, including new project start-ups, new business development, and support for the residential rental portfolio division. Aji holds his Condominium Management General License and also has his Executive MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business.
 
Aji’s passion for the condominium industry extends to his past participation as a panel speaker at the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO) conferences, and consistently serving as a Director on several condominium boards since 2003. Aji is also a travel enthusiast and with a strong passion for music, international architecture and world cuisine.

Grant is tasked with expanding the FirstService rental portfolio throughout Canada through comprehensive onboarding and transition strategies. With more than 20 years of experience in property management, Grant maintains excellent relationships with investors across Canada. He has extensive knowledge of the housing rental market and apartment building operations, experience in overseeing capital projects and project management, and has worked with a multitude of housing types, from market to affordable. Grant works closely with owners, builders and property managers to finalize building systems, correct deficiencies and put vendor contracts in place. 

As Business Development Director, James is responsible for the continued growth and strategy of FirstService Residential’s business throughout  Canada. James takes a consultative approach to his role, recognizing that having the right fit between a community and its management is crucial to long-term success.

Prior to joining FirstService, James worked in luxury hotel management in Alberta and BC and business-to-business sales. James has more than 25 years experience in customer-facing roles and a true passion for customer service. He is a licensed rental and strata manager and has a degree in Business Management.

When not working, James is also an avid mountain biker and serves as the President of one of BC’s largest non-profit mountain bike clubs.
 

As Senior Director, Marketing & Leasing, Carolynne Scoffield leads integrated marketing and leasing strategy for FirstService Residential’s multifamily portfolio across Canada. Working collaboratively with regional and property teams, she focuses on strengthening brand presence, improving leasing performance and creating connected experiences throughout the resident journey.

Carolynne joined FirstService Residential in 2026 to help shape the company’s growing multifamily platform. She brings seven years of experience leading marketing across real estate investment, development and multifamily residential projects. Her background spans corporate and project marketing, digital strategy, brand development, reputation management and lease-up campaigns, with a strong focus on translating audience insights and business objectives into measurable action.

Carolynne holds a Business Administration diploma in Marketing from Bow Valley College, where she received the Jason Lang Scholarship and twice captained the college’s team at the Alberta Deans of Business Case Competition, earning second place for a strategic marketing solution. Raised in Yorkshire, England, Carolynnenow calls Alberta home and brings curiosity, candour and a people-centred perspective to her work.
